Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Nagpur for an Architect. The Architect will be responsible for developing and managing architectural designs for various projects, overseeing project progress, and ensuring integration within design and construction processes. Tasks include generating design concepts, creating detailed layouts, managing project timelines, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to develop innovative and functional design solutions
• Experience in Project Management, including planning, scheduling, and overseeing project execution
• Knowledge of Software Development and Integration as it pertains to architectural design processes
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
• Proficiency in design tools and software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar platforms
• Understanding of local building codes, safety requirements, and zoning regulations
• Degree in Architecture or a related field, with relevant certifications considered an advantage
