Job Description

What do we require?

Worked in high pressure, global delivery, and fast paced environment
Experience of leading project work streams and working autonomously with minimal direction
Clear communications (oral and verbal), stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
Strong presentation skills, good at developing and presenting findings and recommendations from analysis
Understanding of Natural Language Processing and experience in predictive modelling, conducting predictive analysis and data modeling
Familiarity with Agile and Scrum
Understanding of SDLC

Candidate should be aware of key Global Life Science trends esp. US and European markets
Experience in Clinical Analytics, R&D Analytics, Payer Analytics, Prescriber Analytics, Sales Force Analytics (Call Planning/Targeting/Segmentation/Alignment), Marketing Analytics, Supply chain Analytics, Market Access Analytics etc.
Experience/exposure in Data Quality, Data Migration, Data Governance and Master Data Management
Exposure to systems like SFMC, Veeva, SalesForce, Adobe, SAP etc. and datasets like IQVIA, Symphony, Claims data, SAP data, Prometrics, SHA, Flatiron, EvaluatePharma, DRG etc.
Experience with ETL tools like Alteryx, Dataiku, KNIME, etc.
Experience with Data Visualization/BI Tools, such as Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, and/or Google Analytics
Experience with programming in a modern scientific language (e.g., SQL, Python, MATLAB, R)
Experience of working with at least one of the following cloud service providers - Azure, Amazon AWS, Snowflake and Google
