We are hiring a full-time Construction Foreman for a project site in Gurugram.

We are looking for someone who can actively manage daily work on site, supervise labourers, and make sure construction work is completed properly and on time.

The ideal candidate should have practical site experience and should be comfortable reading architectural and construction drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day work at the construction site
• Supervise labourers and ensure work is consistent and as planned
• Coordinate with bar binders, shuttering workers, masons, carpenters and other site workers
• Read and understand construction drawings and architectural drawings
• Ensure workers are following the correct drawings and instructions
• Track daily progress and report delays or issues
• Make sure materials, tools and labour are used properly
• Maintain site discipline and safety
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers and project managers when needed

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Construction Foreman and Site Supervisor
• Good understanding of civil construction work
• Ability to read architectural and construction drawings
• Experience managing labour teams on site
• Knowledge of bar bending, shuttering, masonry and general construction workflow
• Strong follow-up and supervision skills
• Ability to get work done on the ground
• Must be reliable, disciplined and comfortable working full-time on site
