Role Description The Computer Support Specialist will provide day-to-day technical support for desktop computers and related hardware in an on-site office environment in Thrissur. Responsibilities include diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues, performing computer repairs and upgrades, and maintaining reliable system performance for staff.

• Strong technical support skills, including user assistance, issue diagnosis, and ticket or request handling.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting desktop computers, operating systems, and common office applications.
• Hands-on experience with computer hardware, including component installation, configuration, and maintenance.
• Practical computer repair skills, covering hardware replacement, basic data recovery, and performance optimization.
• Working knowledge of basic networking concepts, antivirus and security best practices, and backup procedures.
• Ability to communicate clearly with non-technical users and manage priorities in a busy professional services office.

Qualification

• Preferred: Diploma , Information Technology, or related field
• Preferred: Experience providing IT support in accounting
• Driving licence is required
