Service: Central Services - Compliance
Hours: Full-time (36-39 hours per week)
Location: Northwest England (hybrid)
Salary: £42,000
About The Role
We Change Lives is looking for a Compliance Support Manager to join our central team.
This role is responsible for ensuring the organisation operates safely, efficiently, and in line with all regulatory, legal, and contractual requirements across our services. It will lead on key non-frontline functions including compliance, data protection, health and safety, procurement, and contract management.
The postholder will act as the central coordination point for compliance activity across the organisation, supporting high standards and continuous improvement.

About The Role
We Change Lives is looking for a Compliance Support Manager to join our central team.
This role is responsible for ensuring the organisation operates safely, efficiently, and in line with all regulatory, legal, and contractual requirements across our services. It will lead on key non-frontline functions including compliance, data protection, health and safety, procurement, and contract management.
The postholder will act as the central coordination point for compliance activity across the organisation, supporting high standards and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead organisational compliance across services
- Oversee GDPR, DSPT, SARs and data governance processes
- Manage complaints processes and regulatory requirements
- Support CQC organisational compliance
- Lead health and safety systems and compliance monitoring
- Coordinate property compliance and maintenance
- Manage procurement processes and supplier relationships
- Support contract management and tender submissions
- Experience in compliance, governance or regulatory roles
- Strong knowledge of GDPR and data protection
- Experience managing audits, reporting or compliance systems
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and across teams
- Experience in health and social care
- Knowledge of CQC and health and safety standards
- Experience in procurement or contract management
