🚨 We’re Hiring: Compliance Officer | GIFT City

We’re excited to announce an opportunity with a leading Financial Services firm based in GIFT City. If you have a strong background in compliance and regulatory frameworks, this could be a great next step in your career.

📍 Location: GIFT City (Work From Office – 5 Days)

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Support compliance activities related to FME and SEZ regulations in GIFT City
• Ensure timely and accurate periodic filings in line with SEZ and IFSC regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with administrators, bank custodians, clients, and internal stakeholders
• Review and draft fund documents, constitutional documents, and internal policies
• Assist in AML compliance processes

🔹 Requirements:

✔ Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience

✔ CS or LLB qualification preferred

✔ Strong understanding of the IFSC regulatory framework

🔹 Key Skills:

✅ Excellent verbal and written communication

✅ Strong knowledge of compliance processes and regulatory frameworks

✅ Prior experience or knowledge of IFSC regulations is essential
