Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Compliance Manager - Finance & Accounts role based in Kolkata. The Compliance Manager will oversee financial compliance, ensure adherence to statutory regulations, and manage financial reporting. Additional responsibilities include ensuring proper documentation, monitoring regulatory changes, managing corporate tax compliance, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to maintain seamless financial operations.

Requirements

• Expertise in Compliance Management, Corporate Tax Compliance, and Regulatory Frameworks
• Proficiency in Internal Controls
• Proficiency in financial software and systems, including accounting and compliance tools
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, analytical, and time management skills
• Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a relevant field; professional certifications are highly preferred
• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills for working with both internal and external stakeholders
