Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Compliance Manager based in Delhi, India. The Compliance Manager will be responsible for implementing and monitoring compliance programs, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements, and designing internal controls to mitigate risks. Key duties include conducting compliance audits, preparing reports for management, staying updated on legal developments, providing regulatory guidance, and leading efforts in maintaining ethical practices within the organization. Collaboration with internal stakeholders and external regulatory bodies will also form an essential part of daily responsibilities.


Qualifications

  • Knowledge and expertise in compliance management, regulatory frameworks, and risk assessment
  • Experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining internal controls and compliance policies
  • Proficiency in conducting compliance audits, preparing reports, and presenting findings to stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to work collaboratively with various departments
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to stay updated on legal and regulatory changes relevant to the industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field (advanced certifications, such as CCEP or equivalent, are a plus)
  • Experience in managing compliance in financial services, payment systems, or similar sectors is highly desirable
