Role Description The Compliance Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat, responsible for ensuring adherence to all relevant labor, HR, and logistics-related regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring compliance with internal policies, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting audits and inspections. The role involves reviewing contracts and HR processes to ensure legal conformity, coordinating with internal teams and external partners on compliance requirements, and resolving compliance-related queries. The Compliance Executive will also track regulatory updates, assist in implementing policy changes, and provide training or guidance to staff on compliance standards.
Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong skills in Regulatory Compliance and a solid understanding of Law relevant to labor and HR operations.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills to interpret regulations, assess risks, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Relevant experience in HR, compliance, or legal functions within logistics or related industries is beneficial.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, HR, or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to work on-site in Surat, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in basic office software and comfort with maintaining digital records and reports.
