This is a full-time, on-site role for a Compliance and Process Audit Officer – Payroll and Manpower Services based in Noida. The individual will be accountable for conducting internal audits, reviewing compliance processes, analyzing financial data related to payroll, and preparing comprehensive audit reports. The role requires keen attention to detail, adherence to regulatory standards, and effective management of auditing processes to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.

• Experience with Audit Reports and Auditing processes, ensuring compliance and accuracy
• Proficiency in IT Audit, with an understanding of technology systems and infrastructure
• Knowledge of Finance principles, payroll management, and financial data analysis
• Strong Analytical Skills, with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
• Effective communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently in a professional environment
• Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations in payroll and manpower services is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
