Company Secretary

We are looking for a Company Secretary (CS) to join as a Partner in building a new-age CS practice led by a professional with 15+ years of experience across leading banks and financial institutions.

This is a foundational, entrepreneurial opportunity for someone who wants to go beyond a traditional role and help build and scale a modern advisory-led practice.

About the Role

This is not a typical job - it’s a partnership opportunity.

You will work closely with the founder to:

• Build and grow the CS practice from the ground up
• Develop services in corporate governance, legal & compliance advisory
• Advise clients on India entry, structuring, and regulatory matters
• Explore emerging areas like AI in compliance and cross-border advisory

Who We’re Looking For

• Qualified Company Secretary (CS) with a valid Certificate of Practice (or eligibility to obtain one)
• 2–5 years of experience (more is a plus)
• Background in corporate, consulting, or professional practice
• Strong understanding of compliance, governance, or regulatory advisory
• Ability to work with clients and contribute to business growth

Good to Have

• LLB or legal background
• Interest in AI, technology, or regulatory innovation
• Exposure to cross-border business or structuring
• Entrepreneurial mindset or experience building new initiatives
