- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and service delivery.
- Address member concerns and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive experience.
- Track sales performance, occupancy levels, and member feedback regularly.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, memberships, renewals, and client interactions.
- Contribute to brand visibility and community growth through local networking and outreach activities.
