Role

A relationship-building role focused on growing communities of practice and strengthening alliances across people and organisations working in different fields. The Community/Partnerships Manager will identify and engage partners, coordinate coalitions, and create opportunities for collaboration that advance Samagata's mission.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and maintain regular communication with partner organisations and communities
• Build and strengthen alliances and coalitions across sectors
• Convene communities, coalitions, and working groups through meetings, workshops, and events
• Represent Samagata Foundation at community gatherings and other relevant forums
  
  

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience working with communities or partnerships in the civic or social-impact space
• Experience organising convenings and meetups
• Strong people, communication, and creative writing skills
