Role Description This full-time, on-site Strategic Alliances Manager role is based in Ahmedabad. The Strategic Alliances Manager will identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships and business alliances that support Orbit Pharmaceuticals’ growth in domestic and international markets. This role will involve building and maintaining long-term relationships with key partners, negotiating partnership terms, and aligning joint business plans with company objectives. The Strategic Alliances Manager will work closely with internal teams such as commercial, regulatory, supply chain, and finance to ensure effective execution of alliance agreements and to monitor performance against targets. The role will also include market research, opportunity assessment, and regular reporting on alliance activities, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Strategic Alliances and Business Alliances to identify, structure, and manage collaboration opportunities.
- Candidates should possess skills in Strategic Partnerships and Business Relationship Management to build, nurture, and sustain long-term partner relationships.
- Candidates should possess skills in Business Planning to develop joint plans, set shared objectives, and track performance.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, particularly in generics or complex formulations, is highly beneficial.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities, including experience with market analysis and opportunity assessment.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Proven experience in alliance management, business development, or partnership management, preferably in a regulated industry.
