We're looking for a Community Manager who can create meaningful experiences that bring founders, investors, mentors, and ecosystem partners together—both offline and online.

About the Role
This is much more than an events or social media role.
As Community Manager, you'll own both the physical community experience at T-Hub and our digital community engagement, ensuring every interaction adds value and strengthens our startup ecosystem.
Working closely with the Chief Growth Officer and cross-functional teams, you'll help shape one of India's most influential founder communities.
What You'll Do
Build an Exceptional Physical Community
- Curate and manage T-Hub's community calendar including Demo Days, Founder Meetups, Investor Evenings, Roundtables, Workshops, and Networking Events.
- Design engaging experiences that foster learning, collaboration, mentorship, and meaningful connections.
- Build relationships with founders, mentors, investors, alumni, corporates, and ecosystem partners.
- Create opportunities for valuable interactions across the startup ecosystem.
- Ensure T-Hub's physical spaces remain vibrant, collaborative, and community-first.
Grow Our Digital Community
- Own and manage digital community platforms including LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Slack, newsletters, and other engagement channels.
- Develop content and engagement strategies that reflect T-Hub's brand and voice.
- Celebrate startup successes, ecosystem stories, and founder journeys.
- Foster active conversations and meaningful member engagement.
- Measure community health using engagement, participation, retention, and feedback metrics.
Drive Community Strategy
- Partner with Startup Programs, Funding Desk, Mentorship, and Corporate Innovation teams to integrate community into every major initiative.
- Gather community insights and continuously improve member experience.
- Help strengthen T-Hub's reputation as India's preferred destination for founders and innovators.
Who We're Looking For
You may be the right fit if you have:
- 5–8 years of experience in Community Management, Events, Startup Ecosystem, Hospitality, Editorial, Brand, Media, or Experience Design.
- Strong event planning and stakeholder management experience.
- Excellent communication and content creation skills.
- Experience building engaged online communities.
- A natural ability to connect people and build relationships.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- A creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Passion for startups, entrepreneurship, innovation, and ecosystem building.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
