You understand the power of communities in bringing like-minded people together to drive success for a cause, movement or brand.
You understand how digital community platforms operate, and are the master of at least one among Discord, Facebook Groups, Reddit and Telegram.
You genuinely get joy out of connecting with people over shared interests.

What You'll Do

Develop strategies, manage communication and moderate conversations for communities assigned to you.
Measure, analyze and improve the membership and engagement of your community.
Identify and engage with opportunities to grow conversations within the community.

Ensure your community grows and gains popularity, through word of mouth or otherwise, as a genuine hub of information and engagement in its own domain.
