Community Manager

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Community Manager role based in Noida. The Community Manager will be responsible for engaging and growing Reskilll’s developer community across online and offline channels, including managing social media groups, forums, and event communities. The role involves planning and executing community initiatives such as hackathons, meetups, cohorts, and partner-led programs, as well as coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. The Community Manager will respond to member queries, gather feedback, and maintain a positive, inclusive environment that supports learning, collaboration, and career growth. The position also includes tracking community metrics, preparing reports, and contributing ideas to improve member experience and strengthen long-term engagement.
Qualifications

• Community building and engagement skills, including experience managing online communities, events, or developer groups.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to facilitate discussions, handle queries, and represent the community to partners.
• Organizational and project management abilities to plan, coordinate, and execute multiple programs or events simultaneously.
• Basic understanding of the tech or developer ecosystem, with interest in hackathons, startups, and innovation-driven programs.
• Comfort with digital tools and platforms (community platforms, social media, collaboration tools, and basic analytics).
• Ability to work on-site in Noida, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and build relationships with universities, mentors, and corporate partners.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as Business, Communications, Marketing, or Technology) or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience in community management, program coordination, or event operations is highly preferred.
