Role Description

The Community Manager role at Pet No Fret is a hybrid position based in Delhi NCR. The Community Manager will engage daily with pet parents, pet service providers and pet product sellers.

We expect the person to nurture relationships across online and offline channels. This role involves moderating and growing online communities, coordinating events or local meet-ups, and gathering feedback to improve the experience.

The Community Manager will collaborate across teams. The position also requires monitoring community metrics and reporting insights to support business and engagement goals.

We're looking for someone who has:

• Experience in community management, customer engagement, or social media moderation, preferably in a consumer-facing or marketplace environment.

• Strong communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, and the ability to handle community conversations with empathy and professionalism.

• Proficiency with social media platforms, community tools, and basic analytics to track engagement, sentiment, and growth.

• Ability to plan and execute community initiatives such as events, campaigns, or partnerships with local pet care providers.

• Comfort working on-site in Delhi NCR, with strong collaboration skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with teams.

• Prior experience in the pet care, consumer tech, or marketplace sector is an advantage, along with a genuine interest in pets and pet parenting.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
