Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Community Manager role based in Gurugram. The Community Manager will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with clients, partners, and community stakeholders, acting as a key point of contact for day-to-day engagement. Responsibilities include managing on-site events and community initiatives, gathering feedback, and ensuring a positive experience for members and visitors. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to address community needs, sharing market insights, and supporting brand-building activities across physical and digital touchpoints. The Community Manager will also monitor engagement metrics, propose improvements, and contribute to a collaborative, service-oriented culture aligned with the firm’s values.


Qualifications

  • Strong community engagement, relationship management, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Experience in event planning, on-site operations, and coordination of community programs or client activities.
  • Proficiency in written and verbal communication, with the ability to present information clearly and professionally.
  • Comfort using digital tools, CRM platforms, and basic office productivity software to track interactions and outcomes.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high standard of service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in real estate, coworking, hospitality, or professional services is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Demonstrated commitment to integrity, collaboration, and long-term relationship building.
