Role Description The Community Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining a vibrant, inclusive community experience at CONNECTHQ’s coworking space in New Delhi. This full-time, on-site role includes welcoming and onboarding new members, managing day-to-day member inquiries, and ensuring a smooth check-in and workspace experience. The Community Manager will plan and coordinate events, workshops, and networking sessions to foster connections among members and support their professional goals. Responsibilities also include monitoring space utilization, coordinating with operations and facilities teams, and ensuring that meeting rooms, common areas, and workstations are well-maintained. The role involves managing community communications, gathering feedback, supporting membership growth, and representing CONNECTHQ’s brand values in all member interactions.


Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills to engage with a diverse community of members and partners.
  • Experience in customer service, community management, hospitality, or coworking spaces, with a focus on delivering excellent member experiences.
  • Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks, coordinate events, and manage daily operations efficiently.
  • Basic proficiency with office and collaboration tools (e.g., email platforms, CRM systems, calendars, and messaging tools); comfort learning new software.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to remain calm, resourceful, and professional in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work on-site in New Delhi during standard business hours, with occasional flexibility for events or community activities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Prior experience in startups, entrepreneurial ecosystems, or community-focused roles is a plus.
