We are seeking a dynamic, people-oriented, and highly organized Community Manager / Admissions Representative to join our vibrant learning community. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building meaningful relationships with prospective families, promoting the school's vision and values, and delivering an exceptional admissions experience from inquiry to enrollment.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective parents and families, providing timely, professional, and personalized support
- Manage the admissions process, including inquiries, school tours, applications, assessments, and enrollment procedures
- Build and nurture strong relationships with current and prospective families to foster a welcoming school community
- Organize and coordinate admissions events, open houses, school visits, and community engagement initiatives
- Promote the school's programs, culture, and unique learning experiences through effective communication and outreach activities
- Maintain accurate admissions records, databases, and reporting systems
- Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new students and families
- Support marketing and community-building efforts through events, partnerships, and parent engagement activities
- Represent the school professionally at educational fairs, networking events, and community programs
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Education, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in admissions, customer relations, community engagement, or school administration preferred
- Experience working in international schools or educational institutions is an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and administrative abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in managing inquiries, databases, and customer relationship processes
- Passion for education and creating positive experiences for families and students
- Ability to build trust, foster relationships, and represent the school's values with confidence and professionalism
