Community & Kitchen Partner Manager, Mother Bhojan (Tricity, full-time).

Mother Bhojan is a verified marketplace of home kitchens. We help families get real home-cooked food, and help skilled home cooks earn a fair income from their own kitchens, in their own name.

We're looking for the person who will be the face of Mother Bhojan to our kitchen partners, from first hello to live kitchen. This role involves visiting kitchen partners in their homes and building close, trusting, day-to-day relationships with them, so warmth and sensitivity in that setting is essential.

Resonsibilities:

• Reach out to and meet home cooks across Tricity; understand their food and share our proposal
• Screen and onboard kitchen partners, guiding them warmly through each step
• Be the trusted point of contact our partners rely on
• Support customer queries and basic logistics as we grow
• Be a core early team member

Qualificaiton:

• Passionate about food, about people, and about solving real problems on the ground
• Warm and respectful, especially with older home cooks
• Comfortable building close working relationships with partners in their homes
• Fluent in Hindi, Punjabi and English
• Happy working in the field, not at a desk

Full-time, Tricity-based. ₹50,000–₹80,000 per month based on experience.
