Profile Overview
We are looking for someone who believes that communication is not just about speaking; it’s about connecting, influencing, listening, presenting, persuading, and occasionally surviving awkward silences. If you can turn shy murmurs into confident speeches, transform “umm…” into impactful pauses, and help young students discover the power of their voice then we’re looking for you.

What are you expected to do?
Training & Facilitation
Conduct interactive sessions on Verbal & Non-Verbal Communication, Group Discussions, Body Language & Voice Modulation, Active Listening and Public Speaking.
Facilitate role plays, debates, mock interviews, and real-life simulations.
Make grammar feel less scary and articulation more exciting.

Curriculum Development
Create engaging lesson plans and training content.
Develop worksheets, assignments, activities, and evaluation tools.

Event Preparation
Ideate, prepare and execute a standalone Gyansthan event during the academic year.
Assist in various events hosted via the school.
Prepare students for inter-school and intra-school competitions.

Administrative & Collaborative Work
Submit session plans and reports.
Maintain attendance and performance records.
Participate in meetings and training improvement discussions.

What skills are we looking out for?
Excellent command over spoken and written English.
Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
Patient, observant, and empathetic.
Comfortable handling diverse age groups.
Energetic enough to manage interactive sessions.

Preferences
Have a background in English, Mass Communication, Psychology, Education, Theatre, or Training & Development.
Have prior experience in teaching in academic institutions.
Know how to convert “silent classrooms” into vibrant discussions.
