Are you passionate about building commissioning, sustainability, and green building certifications? We are looking for a Commissioning Agent (CxA) to join our growing team and support high-profile green building projects across India and the GCC.

Key Responsibilities: Fundamental Commissioning (FCx)

• Review and validate the Owner's Project Requirements (OPR).
• Review the BOD for compliance with OPR.
• Develop and maintain the Commissioning Plan (Cx Plan).
• Conduct design-stage reviews of HVAC, lighting, domestic hot water, and other building systems.
• Review contractor shop drawings and technical submittals.
• Prepare Pre-Functional Checklists (PFCs) and Functional Performance Test (FPT) procedures.
• Conduct site inspections to verify proper installation of systems.
• Witness and verify Functional Performance Testing (FPT).
• Maintain and close commissioning issues and deficiency logs.
• Review and verify the Systems Manual.
• Prepare and submit the Final Commissioning Report.

Enhanced Commissioning (ECx)

• Support the development and review of the OPR.
• Conduct detailed design reviews during Schematic Design (SD) and Design Development (DD).
• Prepare commissioning specifications for tender documents.
• Review material submittals, controls, and sequences of operation.
• Verify system integration and Building Management System (BMS) functionality.
• Conduct seasonal and advanced performance testing.
• Review and enhance the Systems Manual.
• Verify comprehensive operator training programs.
• Implement Monitoring-Based Commissioning (MBCx), including metering and performance tracking.
• Witness the commissioning of major building systems and equipment on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
• 3–4 years of experience in LEED BD+C and/or Estidama commissioning projects.
• Hands-on experience in both Fundamental Commissioning (FCx) and Enhanced Commissioning (ECx).
• Successfully completed 3–4 green building projects involving commissioning.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, building services, BMS, controls, testing, and commissioning processes.
• Familiarity with ASHRAE Guidelines, LEED BD+C requirements, and Estidama commissioning requirements.
• Excellent technical writing, coordination, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel for project site visits across India and the GCC, as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• LEED AP BD+C / Estidama PQP/ Mostadam AP.
• Knowledge of ASHRAE Guideline 0, ASHRAE Guideline 1, and commissioning best practices.
• Experience in commercial, healthcare, hospitality, mixed-use, or institutional projects.
