Role Description

We are seeking a Commission Sales Associate for a full-time, on-site position based in Agasthiswaram. The role involves generating and maintaining client accounts, selling digital and reputation management services, and meeting sales targets. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, leading sales presentations, negotiating terms, and ensuring client satisfaction post-sales by collaborating with internal teams. As a key advocate for our services, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our portfolio of elite clients both locally and globally.

Qualifications

• Proven sales skills, including relationship building, presentation, and negotiation
• Understanding of digital marketing, online reputation management, and SEO concepts
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and client management skills
• Self-motivation, goal-oriented mindset, and the ability to work independently
• Proficiency in CRM software, sales tools, and Microsoft Office suite
• Prior experience in sales, preferably in digital marketing, cybersecurity, or related industries
• Flexibility to work on-site at Agasthiswaram and willingness to travel for client meetings
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
