Role Description

This is a full-time, remote Commission Sales Associate role. The primary responsibilities include identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving sales of premium sculptural corporate gifting solutions. The role involves engaging key decision-makers in leading organizations, presenting innovative gifting options, negotiating and closing deals, and hitting sales targets. The role will also require market research, lead generation, and collaboration with the marketing team to align sales strategies with brand goals.


Qualifications

  • Strong skills in sales strategies, negotiation, and relationship management
  • Proficiency in client communication, lead generation, and consultative selling
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed KPIs, sales targets, and provide reports on progress
  • Basic understanding of corporate gifting, branding, and business development
  • Knowledge of premium materials like brass and high-value gifting trends is an advantage
  • Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and time management
  • Proficiency in digital tools for CRM, presentations, and data analysis
  • Previous experience in corporate sales, high-end gifting, or related industries is advantageous
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote setting
