Job Description

We are seeking a disciplined and motivated Commis III to join our culinary brigade at NITYATVA FOODS. This is an excellent opportunity for a foundational professional to develop their skills within a high-standard kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Mise-en-Place: Execute high-volume food preparation according to standardized recipe
s (SOPs).Order Flow: Assist in the rapid assembly of orders to meet strict delivery turnaround times.Packa
ging & Quality Control: Ensure all outgoing orders are packaged securely and meet brand presentation standards.Food
Safety: Maintain a sterile, organized station and strictly follow FIFO and HACCP protocols.Inven
tory: Monitor stock levels and assist in receiving daily supplies to minimize wastage.R&D:
Assist the Head chef, for the ongoing R&D work.
Candidate Profile:
Freshers are welcome to this role with basic cooking skills.
Culinary degree or equivalent professional training is encouraged.
Punctual and hardworking people are preferred.
Strong focus on consistency, and hygiene.
Should blend in with our company culture seamlessly. (imp).
Salary:
1) Rs: 20,000 to 25,000 (based on experience)
