What we expect from you: We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Command Deck Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support for Apple products and solutions to customers through email, chat, and call. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset to ensure customer satisfaction and effective problem resolution. Responsibilities :

• Validation process with internal guidelines and process
• Should have some technical knowledge to handle location queries.
• Following the Escalation Raised by the Locations.
• Checking the KBB Parts Sent To Apple and validation process
• Creating Escalation and Chatting with Apple team for Location escalation
• Maintaining and Monitoring Location Scores of Apple Parameters with ACSE Parameters (NTF, CCLR, REPTAT, PPR, SUR/SDR) and CSAT Percentage.
• Need to ensure the Consignment and Loaner Usage of location and Validating
• Need to Follow with Location to Complete the ATLAS Course for their respective job assigned.
• Creating Stoking for the Locations.
• Need to Known the basic Knowledge in Excel work.
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in a technical support role, preferably with Apple products.
• Strong knowledge of Apple hardware and software, including iOS, macOS, and related applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively and efficiently.
• Customer-oriented with a strong commitment to providing high-quality support.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work in shifts as required.
