Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cluster Sales Manager based in Rajkot. The Cluster Sales Manager will oversee achieving sales targets for the assigned cluster by leading and managing a team of sales professionals. Responsibilities include developing and implementing regional sales strategies, identifying growth opportunities, building and managing a strong client base, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also requires tracking performance metrics, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Requirement Strong sales and business development skills, with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets Leadership and team management experience, with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain business relationships Proven analytical and problem-solving skills for market assessment and strategy development Familiarity with the financial and lending industry; experience in asset finance or similar vertical is preferred Strong knowledge of the regional market in Rajkot and surrounding areas is an advantage
