Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a City Manager in Gujrat, located in Ahmedabad, India. The City Manager will oversee retail operations, manage and lead teams effectively, and ensure exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include driving sales, developing strategies to improve performance, analyzing sales data, and ensuring operational efficiency across various store locations. The role also involves fostering a positive work environment, mentoring team members, and maintaining the brand’s high standards in customer satisfaction and service delivery.

• Strong Team Management and Team Leadership skills to lead, mentor, and motivate retail staff effectively
• Proficient in Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and develop actionable insights
• Exceptional Customer Service experience to ensure high-quality shopping experience
• Proven Sales expertise with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in using retail management systems and relevant tools
• Previous experience in the luxury or fashion retail industry is a strong advantage
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
