Duties And Responsibilities

An effective communicator with exceptional relationship management skills with ability to relate to people at all levels of business and management.
Initiating and developing relationships with key decision makers in target organizations for business development.
A good team leader to handle the team and achieve the set target.
Manage Multiple locations – And ensure they will deliver their set targets and drive KRA for the business.
Manage channel relationships
Drive sales numbers and increase finance penetration, meet allocated sales targets
Manage the sales process
Ensure process rigor and controllership
Ensure smooth service delivery to channels.

Manage the FOS productivity

Required Qualifications And Experience

Graduate/ Post Graduate or MBA – Finance/ Mktg
With relevant experience of 2-4 prior work experience in the Financial Services Industry would be an added advantage.
Excellent communication skills.
Exceptionally high motivational levels and needs to be a self-starter
