Job Title: Cluster Manager - Gold Loan

Location: Coimbatore, Madurai

Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

Experience: 5+ Years


About the Role: The Cluster Manager will oversee the operations, sales, and overall performance of the Gold Loan DSA vertical across multiple branches within the assigned cluster. The role involves team management, process adherence, and achieving business targets while maintaining excellent customer service.


Key Responsibilities :

1. Sales & Business Development

  • Drive gold loan sales and achieve revenue targets across the assigned cluster.
  • Develop and execute strategies to improve customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through Indiagold partner branches and tie-ups.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to drive business growth.

2. Team Management

  • Recruit, train, coach, and mentor Sales Executives and Relationship Executives.
  • Monitor team performance and ensure productivity and business targets are achieved.
  • Foster a high-performance culture aligned with organizational goals and values.
  • Provide regular feedback, guidance, and development support to team members.

3. Operational Excellence & Compliance

  • Ensure smooth and efficient operations across all branches within the cluster.
  • Maintain adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and RBI regulations.
  • Monitor and track transactions in coordination with Bank partners and Relationship Managers.
  • Ensure process discipline, audit readiness, and operational accuracy.

4. Customer Experience

  • Deliver superior customer service and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve escalations promptly while maintaining service quality and brand reputation.
  • Build strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.

5. Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare and present periodic business performance reports to senior management.
  • Analyze sales, operational, and productivity metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Recommend data-driven strategies to improve cluster performance and profitability.


Required Qualifications & Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in Gold Loans, Banking, NBFCs, or Financial Services.
  • Proven track record in sales achievement, team leadership, and business growth.
  • Experience managing multiple branches, teams, or geographical clusters.
  • Strong leadership, people management, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Good understanding of lending operations, compliance requirements, and RBI guidelines.
  • Proficiency in MIS reporting, data analysis, and performance tracking tools.
