We are seeking a motivated and experienced Cluster Manager for a full-time, on-site role located in Mangaluru. The Cluster Manager will oversee multiple locations, ensuring operational excellence and alignment with company standards. Key responsibilities include managing team performance, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining inventory levels, achieving sales targets, and implementing company strategies effectively. The role also involves staff training, problem-solving, and consistent communication with senior management to improve performance and processes.

• Operational management skills, including team leadership and oversight of multiple locations
• Strong sales management ability with skills in target achievement and performance analysis
• Customer-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• Proficiency in data interpretation, process improvement strategies, and reporting
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Experience in retail or beauty industry management is highly desirable
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work effectively under pressure
