Position: Cluster Manager
The Cluster Manager will oversee operations, sales performance, and team management across multiple clinics within the assigned region. The role focuses on ensuring operational efficiency, driving revenue growth, maintaining service quality, and supporting clinic teams to achieve business targets.

Education: Any Graduate (MBA preferred)
Office Timings : 10AM TO 7 PM

Position: Cluster Manager
The Cluster Manager will oversee operations, sales performance, and team management across multiple clinics within the assigned region. The role focuses on ensuring operational efficiency, driving revenue growth, maintaining service quality, and supporting clinic teams to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Multi-Clinic Operations Management
- Oversee daily operations of multiple clinics within the assigned cluster.
- Ensure clinics operate according to company SOPs, operational protocols, and service standards.
- Monitor appointment management, billing accuracy, and treatment service delivery.
- Ensure proper maintenance of clinic infrastructure, hygiene, and equipment.
- Resolve operational challenges such as staffing gaps, infrastructure issues, and service disruptions.
- Conduct interviews and support hiring for respective branch requirements.
- Clinic Performance Monitoring
- Monitor clinic performance in terms of revenue, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Review daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports from clinic managers.
- Track key metrics such as footfall, conversions, treatment sales, and revenue targets.
- Identify underperforming clinics and implement corrective strategies.
- Team Leadership & Staff Development
- Supervise Clinic Managers, Counsellors, Technicians, and Front Desk teams.
- Conduct review meetings and performance discussions with clinic teams.
- Ensure teams follow company policies related to attendance, KPIs, incentives, and performance standards.
- Identify training needs and coordinate staff development programs.
- Support hiring and conduct interviews for staffing requirements in respective branches.
- Sales, Revenue & Business Growth
- Drive revenue growth and business performance across all clinics.
- Guide teams on effective consultation and treatment recommendations.
- Monitor cross-selling, package upgrades, and treatment conversions.
- Work with the marketing team to execute local marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Identify opportunities to increase clinic footfall and market visibility.
- Client Experience & Service Quality
- Ensure consistent client experience and service quality across clinics.
- Monitor patient feedback and satisfaction levels.
- Handle escalated client concerns and ensure timely resolution.
- Continuously improve the client journey and treatment outcomes.
- Compliance & Policy Adherence
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, SOPs, and operational guidelines.
- Conduct operational audits and compliance checks.
- Monitor inventory management and treatment consumables.
- Ensure adherence to healthcare safety standards and regulations.
- Lead Management
- Oversee lead management through Sales Max software, ensuring proper lead allocation to respective branches.
- Monitor lead follow-ups, conversions, and response timelines across clinics.
- Track lead performance reports and conversion ratios to improve sales efficiency.
- Coordinate with marketing and clinic teams to ensure maximum lead utilization and higher conversion rates.
