Own the technical backbone behind SaaSNova’s GTM, Marketplace, and product operations. As we scale globally, we’re hiring a Technical Engineer who can manage AWS workflows, support SaaS product development, and run technical systems with precision, autonomy, and founder‑grade clarity.

As Technical Engineer, you will own the technical layer that powers our Marketplace listings, PRM credit workflows, internal systems, and early product development. This is a high‑impact role working directly with the Founder.

🔹 What You Will Own

1️⃣ AWS Marketplace & Cloud Operations

• Manage PRM credit workflows, tracking, and reporting with zero gaps.
• Support creation, iteration, and troubleshooting of AWS Marketplace listings (SaaS + Professional Services).
• Configure and maintain S3 buckets, IAM roles, policies, and permission boundaries.
• Ensure all Marketplace assets are ASCII‑safe, reviewer‑proof, and compliant with AWS validation rules.
• Troubleshoot encoding, validation, and deployment issues across listings.

2️⃣ SaaS Product Development Support

• Support early product architecture, integrations, and backend workflows.
• Assist with API testing, environment setup, and lightweight development tasks.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, diagrams, and runbooks.
• Translate GTM requirements into technical tasks in collaboration with the Founder.

3️⃣ Technical Systems & Automation

• Build internal tools, scripts, and automations to streamline operations.
• Support data pipelines, dashboards, and operational trackers.
• Troubleshoot system issues across AWS, internal tools, and partner platforms.

4️⃣ Cross‑Functional Collaboration

• Work directly with the Founder on high‑priority technical workflows.
• Collaborate with content, GTM, and partner teams to ensure technical accuracy.
• Provide proactive communication and clear status updates.

🔹 Who You Are

• 4+ years of hands‑on AWS engineering experience with demonstrated ownership of cloud workflows.
• Must hold at least two AWS Associate‑level certifications (Solutions Architect Associate preferred).
• Strong experience with IAM, S3, Lambda, CloudFormation, and serverless fundamentals.
• Familiarity with SaaS architectures, APIs, and backend fundamentals.
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python or Bash.
• Thrives in a fast‑paced, founder‑led environment with high expectations.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
