Role Description

We are seeking a Cloud Engineer specializing in M365 Security Solutions for a full-time position based in Bengaluru. This on-site role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining Microsoft 365 security solutions and ensuring the organization's cloud infrastructure remains secure, reliable, and optimized. The role also includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide cutting-edge cloud and security solutions, supporting operations, and ensuring adherence to best industry practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and administer Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)
• Configure Email Security (anti-spam, anti-phishing, Safe Links, Safe Attachments)
• Implement and manage Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies
• Configure and enforce Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Conditional Access
• Manage Microsoft Defender for Office 365 and security alerts
• Handle identity and access management via Azure AD (Entra ID)
• Perform migrations (on-prem to M365 / tenant-to-tenant)
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and ensure system security & compliance

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in M365 / Cloud Administration
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Exchange Online
• SharePoint Online
• Microsoft Teams
• Azure AD (Entra ID)
• Practical experience in:
• MFA & Conditional Access policies
• Email Security & Threat Protection
• DLP & Compliance tools
• Knowledge of Microsoft Defender, Secure Score, and Compliance Center
• PowerShell scripting is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred:

• Microsoft certifications (MS-100, MS-101, SC-900, AZ-900, etc.)
• Experience with Zero Trust security model
• Immediate joiners preferred.
