Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Clinical Pharmacist / Clinical Assistant located in Ahmedabad. The role involves providing out patient care, ward rounds, procedure lists, pharmaceutical care, reconciling medications, ensuring adherence to pharmaceutical standards, maintaing electronic medical records (EMR) and collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes. The Clinical Pharmacist/Assistant will also support patients by offering medication guidance and ensuring safe and effective medication use.

Qualifications

• Pharm D. (Doctor of Pharmacy)
• Fresher with 0 - 1 year of experience
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working in a team environment
• Relevant certifications or licenses required to practice (as per regional regulations)
