Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Line Manager-CRA, to lead our Clinical Monitoring team in Navi Mumbai, India. As the sole CRA Manager in India, this role presents an opportunity to build and lead your own team and to take your career to the next level as you work closely with the Senior Director of Clinical Monitoring.

Responsibilities
- Lead and line-manage a team of Clinical Research Associates (CRAs);
- Recruitment, training (initial and continued) and development of CRAs;
- Oversee and guide CRAs to ensure they meet expectations of core monitoring responsibilities;
- Provide regular 1:1 coaching and constructive feedback;
- Track and manage CRA resourcing and allocation of assignment;
- Support retention and engagement of CRAs to meet company objectives; and
- Collaborate with other functions, regional and local operations.
- Holds a Bachelor's degree or higher in Life Sciences or related discipline;
- Is a line manager with 1-2 years or an experienced CRA, with at least 4 years of clinical monitoring experience, looking to make the next step into line management;
- Will have strong leadership, mentoring, and motivational skills. You enjoy working with people and relish in their success;
- Experience in global CRO is preferred;
- Advanced knowledge of Good Clinical Practice;
- Effective written and verbal communication skills; and
- Able to travel for onsite evaluation of CRAs (approximately 10%).
