Job Description:

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Lead with hands-on experience in performance marketing, particularly in Meta Ads and Google Ads, to drive lead generation and digital growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and improve ROI and lead generation.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Track and report campaign performance metrics such as CPC, CPL, CTR, and conversions.
• Coordinate with internal teams for creative assets, landing pages, and campaign requirements.
• Manage campaign budgets and ensure cost-efficient performance marketing.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates.

Key Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in Digital Marketing with strong exposure to Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Good understanding of performance marketing, lead generation, and campaign optimization.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet performance targets.
