Clinical Application Specialist - Ultrasound

Role Description The Clinical Application Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City. In this position, the specialist supports healthcare professionals in effectively using Ultrasound and Color Doppler equipment through product demonstrations, user training, and clinical application guidance. Daily activities include conducting on-site installations and application training, assisting with workflow optimization, and providing clinical troubleshooting for imaging systems. The role collaborates closely with the sales and service teams, gathers user feedback to improve product utilization, and maintains accurate documentation of visits, training sessions, and issues resolved. The specialist is expected to build strong relationships with clinical staff, respond promptly to customer requests, and uphold high standards of service and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical knowledge in sonography or medical imaging and experience working with Ultrasound and Color Doppler systems.
• Technical aptitude for operating, configuring, and explaining medical imaging equipment and related software.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to train and support diverse clinical users.
• Customer service orientation, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple on-site visits and priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Medical Imaging, Cardiac Care Technology, Biomedical Engineering, Allied Health Sciences, or a related field.
• Prior experience as a sonographer, clinical application specialist, or in medical device support is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel for demos and training sessions.
