Biomedical Specialist - Medical Equipment (Travel Included)

In this exciting role, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our medical equipment sales and ensuring successful customer adoption. You’ll leverage your expertise in biomedical applications and exceptional communication skills to educate and train healthcare professionals on using our cutting-edge medical equipment. Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive training and education to medical professionals on the use of our medical equipment.

• Conduct on-site application support at hospitals and clinics, collaborating with sales representatives.

• Partner with distributors to ensure their staff has a deep understanding of our products and their applications.

• Gather and analyse customer feedback on equipment functionality, usability, and overall satisfaction.

• Provide exceptional customer service support, troubleshooting customer issues and resolving problems promptly.

• Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in medical technology and industry best practices.

• Participate in medical conferences, exhibitions, and other industry events. • Generate reports and provide valuable feedback on customer needs, equipment performance, and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Biology, or a related field (preferred). • Strong understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology. • Proven ability to train and educate healthcare professionals on technical concepts. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

• Ability to travel extensively (percentage to be determined).

• Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and ability to manage time effectively. • Proficiency in medical software and data analysis tools (a plus).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
