Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to oversee and manage the organization’s IT infrastructure, including IT Help Desk operations, server administration, network management, and dialer server systems. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and efficient operation of IT services while providing leadership to the IT support team.
Key Responsibilities
1. IT Infrastructure Management
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including physical and virtual servers.
- Ensure high availability and performance of Windows/Linux servers.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot infrastructure issues.
- Plan and implement system upgrades, patches, and capacity planning.
2. Network Administration
- Manage LAN, WAN, VPN, firewalls, switches, and routers.
- Ensure network security, performance, and uptime.
- Monitor network traffic and resolve connectivity issues.
- Implement and maintain network security policies.
3. Dialer Server Management
- Install, configure, and maintain dialer servers used in call center operations.
- Monitor dialer performance and troubleshoot call routing issues.
- Coordinate with telecom providers for SIP trunk or PRI connectivity.
- Ensure uptime and performance of dialer applications.
4. IT Help Desk Management
- Lead and manage IT Help Desk operations.
- Ensure timely resolution of user issues and service requests.
- Maintain ticketing systems and IT support processes.
- Provide technical guidance to help desk staff.
5. Security & Compliance
- Implement IT security policies and best practices.
- Manage access control, backups, antivirus, and system monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with company IT standards and procedures.
6. Vendor & Asset Management
- Manage IT vendors, telecom providers, and support contracts.
- Maintain inventory of IT assets and licenses.
- Evaluate and procure new hardware and software solutions.
7. Team Leadership
- Manage and mentor the IT support and infrastructure team.
- Assign tasks and monitor team performance.
- Conduct training sessions for IT staff and end users.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Server Administration (Windows/Linux)
- Experience in Network Infrastructure (Routing, Switching, Firewalls)
- Hands-on experience with Dialer Servers / Call Center Technology
- Knowledge of IT Help Desk and ticketing systems
- Understanding of backup, disaster recovery, and IT security
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Leadership and team management skills
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Certifications such as MCSE, VMware, or ITIL are preferred
Experience
- 8-10 years of experience in IT Infrastructure management
- At least 2–3 years in a managerial or team lead role
