Youβll be the heartbeat of our FM Helpdesk (experience here is a bonus, not a must!):
β Delivering top-tier service to clients and contractors
β Building strong relationships across the business
β Managing emails and calls with confidence
β Handling queries and assigning jobs efficiently
β Chasing up outstanding tasks
β Keeping systems updated for full transparency
β Ensuring maintenance is processed on time
β Communicating daily with contractors
β Challenging unnecessary call-outs
β Collaborating with site managers and engineers
β Working to meet business KPIs
β Maintaining professionalism at all times
