Key Responsibilities
- Make daily outbound calls to prospective, potential, and existing clients to generate leads and achieve sales targets.
- Follow up consistently with new and existing leads to convert them into physical meetings or online presentations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, and institutional clients.
- Manage and update client information accurately in the CRM system.
- Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to understand educational trends, institutional requirements, budget constraints, and regulatory guidelines.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to client needs.
- Prepare customized sales pitches, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Gain strong domain knowledge to confidently address client queries and position company solutions effectively.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Graduation/Post-Graduation in any stream.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar industry (preferably Education/EdTech).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong sales orientation with a proven track record of achieving targets.
