Job Description

As a client servicing intern at VMC company, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our team and assist in helping us execute global campaigns. Your proficiency in MS-Excel, MS-Word, MS-PowerPoint, English (spoken and written), and MS-Office will be crucial in ensuring smooth communication and effective project management.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Assist in responding to ongoing requirements emails, MS-Word and MS-PowerPoint.
Liaise with vendors and update progress report.
Communicate with clients via phone and email, providing support and addressing inquiries.
Coordinate meetings and appointments with clients, ensuring all necessary arrangements are made.
Work with clients across the globe and help them with their queries.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered on time.
Assist in creating and distributing client surveys to gather feedback and improve services.
Provide administrative support to the client servicing team, including organizing files and documents.
