Client servicing Internship in Navi Mumbai (Hybrid)

As a client servicing intern at VMC company, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our team and assist in helping us execute global campaigns. Your proficiency in MS-Excel, MS-Word, MS-PowerPoint, English (spoken and written), and MS-Office will be crucial in ensuring smooth communication and effective project management.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Assist in responding to ongoing requirements emails, MS-Word and MS-PowerPoint.
• Liaise with vendors and update progress report.
• Communicate with clients via phone and email, providing support and addressing inquiries.
• Coordinate meetings and appointments with clients, ensuring all necessary arrangements are made.
• Work with clients across the globe and help them with their queries.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered on time.
• Assist in creating and distributing client surveys to gather feedback and improve services.
• Provide administrative support to the client servicing team, including organizing files and documents.
