Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Relationship Manager located in Gurgaon. The role involves managing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and acting as the primary point of contact for clients. Key responsibilities include understanding client needs, coordinating with internal teams to deliver projects, providing regular updates, and identifying opportunities to enhance client strategies. The Client Relationship Manager will also contribute to strengthening long-term partnerships with clients and collaborating with them to achieve their goals

• Strong client relationship management and communication skills
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities
• Proficiency in project coordination and team collaboration
• Strategic thinking with an ability to identify growth opportunities
• Experience in customer relationship management within advertising or related industries is a plus
• Ability to work on-site in Gurgaon and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
