Job Description
The Client Relationship & Operations Manager will lead end-to-end relationship & operations across service centres and field teams, ensuring seamless execution of vehicle pickup and drop-off services. The role involve providing team leadership, process optimization, and driving bookings , operational growth & service standards, scalability, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Team & Driver Operations Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage Operations teams responsible for driver coordination and service delivery.
- Oversee driver hiring, onboarding, and training to meet evolving business requirements.
- Establish performance benchmarks for drivers and operations staff, ensuring adherence to SLAs and quality standards.
- Proactively resolve escalations related to driver performance, availability, and field challenges.
2. Service Centre Management & Stakeholder Engagement
- Build strong relationships with key leaders of service centre /partners and act as the primary escalation point.
- Ensure strong alignment with service centres to drive booking targets, brin operational efficiency and service quality.
3. Business Growth & Target Ownership
- Drive booking volume growth across assigned service centres in line with business targets.
- Identify expansion opportunities, improve utilization, and ensure consistent demand-supply balance.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in operations management, logistics, or supply chain with team leadership responsibility.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis; ability to derive insights and drive decisions.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong execution mindset with attention to detail and process orientation

Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred) with 2-5 years relevant experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (Hindi & English)
- Experience in managing field teams or blue-collar staff is a plus
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required
