Client Relations Specialist

Role Description

This is a Hybrid remote role for an Client Relations Specialist. The Specialist will be responsible for supporting Business Development, managing client accounts and relationships, assist in developing sales strategies, and analyzing market trends.

The ideal candidate is a highly organized self-starter with versatility to handle phone communication, presentations, events, calls & emails(B2B) & understand client requirements, follow up on Inactive and new client companies.

Responsibilities

• Self-starter with a drive to succeed, manage sales from prospecting to closing with a track record of winning projects, opening new accounts & managing client engagement.
• Work with support teams to achieve customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with company vision and values.
• Assist in sales growth through marketing & new customer acquisition. Maintain records of leads and manage the sales pipeline
• Use cold calls, emails, referrals, in person meetings and networking, presentations and follow-up activities to secure new business & retain and maintain client accounts
• Assist with client requests, RFP's, RFQs. Build relationships with qualified decision makers.
• Research and identify targeted new client opportunities. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Proven track record of working remotely and supporting EST business hours
• Ability to manage in high-pressure situations
• Demonstrated expertise in cold calling and lead development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with Global Clients
• 2-5 years of experience in sales and/or account management experience
