JOB DESCRIPTION

About the Role:

Instrumental in designing our Azure DevOps Pipelines. Using Terraform, you will provision Azure resources in secure and standardized ways by incorporating Client’s "Certified Products.

Based on your broad systems knowledge, you will assist the team with:

• Design and configuration of Azure infrastructure (compute services, networking, and storage) and with the migration of databases and ETL processes
• Database migration (primarily from Oracle to PostgreSQL; Azure SQL and CosmosDB may also be used in some cases).
• ETL process migration to Azure Logic Apps and/or Azure Data Factory.

You will work with Architects to outline a strategy for monitoring applications once they are migrated. You will advise the team on usage of Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and other monitoring offerings in Azure.

Key Skills Required:

• DevOps experience and well-versed in the full DevOps lifecycle
• Azure Cloud technology experience
• Well versed with Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes
• Azure experience is mandatory
• You've mastered many technologies over your career and quickly pick up new ones when needed
• You are highly proficient in CI/CD pipeline design using Azure DevOps
• You are familiar with Azure's monitoring and log analytics services
• You have a strong understanding of infrastructure and modern web/security protocols
• Experience with container technologies is a plus
• Good communication and people skills are important
• Proficiency in English is mandatory.

Minimum Qualification:

15 years of Full Time Education
