Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Relations Executive based in Kochi. The Client Relations Executive will oversee daily interactions with clients, maintain and enhance client relationships, manage accounts, and establish strong business relationships. The role also involves ensuring client satisfaction, addressing concerns promptly, and identifying opportunities for growth and collaboration.


Qualifications

  • Expertise in Business Relationship Management and Account Management
  • Proficiency in Client Relations and Relationship Building strategies
  • Proficiency in English language communication is must
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients
  • Ability to work directly with clients on-site and resolve concerns professionally
  • Prior experience in a client-focused role is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field
  • Proven capability to handle confidential information with discretion
